full transparency here — some days you might feel off, not knowing why, and you’re not going to feel like “you”. despite battling my own demons the past couple years, I have really started to see a turn around in my gratitude towards life and true happiness. right now though, I’ve been fighting this negative wave for a couple weeks and trying to stay afloat.
but why fight against it? doesn’t that exhaust so much more energy that doesn’t need to be wasted? instead just recognize it’s there and realize it doesn’t need to stop you from your journey or achieving your own success. coexist with it and allow it to pass.
some days will be harder than others and some days just won’t make sense. but look in the damn mirror and remember who tf you are. build yourself back up ~ this too shall pass. have fun with life and take the solemness out of the equation for a bit. just sharing some self-talk and hope it gets you through whatever comes your way.
