I couldn’t think of a better way to wrap my Let’s Build a Legacy series than with our special anniversary treat in France. So welcome to episode 8/8!
Not only were we celebrating our time but also the legacy of a renowned Chef and what he has left behind. Everything exceeded expectations. The location, the hotel, the garden, the spa, the dinner and the service. You can see what he has created in all of the small details and it reminds you that each and every day we get is exactly that. The small details. The small wins. Those are the ones that create a legacy and are what leave a mark.

If it wasn’t for the bad relationship I was in- who knows if I would’ve ever started boxing. But man am I so grateful that I did. Boxing has taught me far more than the physical things- it has taught me more mental and philosophical.
It has prepared me for my hardest battles.
It has taught me that I do deserve better.
It has taught me that I can do hard things and come back stronger.
It has taught me that no one can make me feel inferior without my consent.
It has taught me that life is a continuous moment of learning- we never graduate.

So yes, grab a friend or give yourself a pep talk and walk through the doors! And if you need gym reccs shoot me a message, happy to help!
