First 10-week clinical rotation is in the books. Huge thanks to the for having me. I was so fortunate to learn from everyone in the clinic, especially Dr. Curtis, Dr. Amber, and the one and only Dr. Bean. What a beautiful day of Muay Thai and boxing it was. Huge thanks to the team who did amazing today. Love you guys. Everyone showed amazing skills and courage. I added some gold and silver to my little medal collection winning a 4 man Muay Thai tournament and went 1 - 1 in boxing. Thanks to our academy , our friends in Gracie Barra Novi, and . ❤️

It’s all about creating great memories and experiences in life. What a fun and painful weekend it was lol. I finished at 3:30 cutting 25 minutes from my last marathon time. Not planning to run another one anytime soon, but a trail marathon race somewhere in the wilderness sounds fun 😁

So proud these guys. All of them have so much of my respect. It is impossible to understand how hard it is to get ready for the fight and perform in front of a crowd until you do. We got some Ws and Ls, but the most important, we gained experience. It was my first time bringing my students to complete as a coach and it was definitely a success. Buckle up Midwest, here we come 👊🏻

I haven’t posted anything in a while. Anyway, today I finished my last midterm exam and I haven’t been this exhausted in a while. Tired mentally, physically and more importantly emotionally. We grow stronger when we challenge ourselves and hopefully learn from our mistakes.
