A terrific battle for the lead in the July 1990 Pocono race

Rusty Wallace led in turn one, Davey Allison led in turn two, Geoff Bodine led in turn three

2010 - Elliott Sadler suffered one of the worst crashes in the history of Pocono Raceway.

The incident started with contact between Kurt Busch, Jimmie Johnson, and Clint Bowyer and ended with Sadler hitting a 90° armco barrier.

To this day, there is still no clear footage of Sadler's full involvement of the wreck.

A touching tribute to Kyle Busch tonight at Charlotte Motor Speedway. ❤️🏁

Kyle’s father, Tom Busch, drove the No. 51 that Kyle was originally scheduled to race in the Cook Out Summer Shootout.

Kyle’s son, Brexton, waved the green flag as the field rolled off. Every car exited the track except the No. 51, which completed a solo lap in a powerful tribute.

As Tom crossed the line, Brexton waved the checkered flag.

The evening also featured a missing-man formation during the pace laps, making for a truly memorable and emotional tribute.

When NASCAR accidentally made the best commercial for DeWalt!

August 13th, 2017, the Pure Michigan 400. On lap 139 coming out of turn 2 and onto the back stretch, Kasey Kahne would come up into Daniel Suarez.

This would cause Kahne to hit the outside wall hard, and bounce off the wall back into and on top of Suarez.

Kyle Larson would go on to win the race.
