I have been training for over 34 years personally and the last 7 of those with weights. I feel better, look better, perform better, I have increase of strength and endurance and at 36 I'm still dunking and hitting the top of the square.

During these last 7 years I have put over 500 plus kids through my very program and over 700 through my strength and conditioning programs and these young men and women have elevated their games to a whole new level.
