My first ever hot yoga class 🔥🧘🏻‍♀️

Walked into nervous, and walked out recharged, sweaty, and already planning my next class.

The infrared heat was surprisingly balanced, the energy was amazing, and my water bottle deserved a co-star moment. 🩷
