My guide season has come to a close with school starting up soon. The end of the season was busy and productive for me. Had a lot of good trips to finish up the season with a whole bunch of fish getting caught. Thank you to everyone that joined me in the boat and to the amazing resorts and companies for the help through out the season. A special thanks to for providing the best bait around all season. Got to explore a new lake a few days ago with Mike and his dad. We were hoping to run into walleyes, but that didn’t work out. Instead we found a whole bunch of nice 2.5-3.5lb bass with some pike mixed in. Looking forward to next time!

Although water temps are hitting the 80’s, I even saw 85 one evening (second picture), the fishing is starting to pick back up. Bug hatches are wrapping up for the most part, so there’s a few more hungry fish. Shoot me a message if you want to get out and catch some fish!
