The most common pattern I see when women come to me after years of trying to handle this on their own.
They've done everything right. Clean eating. Fiber. Probiotics. Herbal laxatives. Water. All of it.
And still, nothing is working consistently.
The mistake isn't that they chose the wrong foods or the wrong products. The mistake is that they treated their bloating and constipation like a food problem when it is a stress problem.
Chronic stress slows gut motility. It disrupts the gut-brain communication loop. It creates an internal environment where even the best natural remedies struggle to do their job.
Fiber can't move through a gut that's stuck in fight-or-flight. Probiotics can't thrive in a terrain flooded with stress hormones. Herbal remedies can offer temporary relief, but they don't address what's keeping the nervous system dysregulated in the first place.
When nervous system regulation is added to the picture, the other natural tools start to work the way they're supposed to.
That's the part most advice leaves out.
Save this if you've been doing everything right and still not getting consistent results.
