Well 13U spring tournament baseball has come to an end!

What can I say...it was definitely a spring season for documented growth. This was the first time I've seen Conner, personally want to buy into a system and culture that was unlike anything he has experienced in his entire baseball career up to this point.

Every past Coach and teammate has propelled him forward to where he is today. And we are both grateful for those past opportunities.

Conner now realizes what it means to have "skin in the game"...a personal investment. He understands this is a game of progress not perfection...while finally also realizing for the first time...the harder you work...the results will follow. It maybe slow and arduous at times but results will follow if you trust the process and have self determination.

I appreciate all of his Performance Baseball X2 Coaches and teammates who battled through the season along side him and pushed him to be a better player and teammate. Every single teammate benefited him for the better in one way or another. And I hope he had the same effect on each of them.

Can't ask for a more positive experience.
