We don’t even know what to say. This has been one of the most amazing first seasons you could ever ask for. This group of guys are absolute legends and have built a foundation for all the future years of LPGE soccer players.

Home Playoff Game! 💪

We were awarded the 2 seed in our subsection so we have a bye tonight in the first round of playoffs. We will see everyone Thursday for a home playoff game in the second round!!! 7 pm. All ticket sales will be electronic, either cards at the door or presale online. We will post the link tomorrow morning for tickets after it goes live.

Our soccer program has been so blessed having Alex as our Assistant Coach and JV Coach. His little boy was born the second day of the season and has been one of biggest fans attending most of the games 😊 future soccer star right here. The whole Cervantes family has been a massive part of this season being the success it has been.

What. A. Night. 🥶

We can’t imagine a better home opener than what happened tonight. The fans SHOWED UP and so did we. I think we will talk about tonight for a while, absolutely electric atmosphere.

Now on to play-offs and our first round will be a home game at Thunder Stadium so let’s do it all again!

We played well tonight, but it wasn’t enough. We lost 3-1 against Pelican Rapids. Next week is our last week of regular season so we are coming back hard and finishing strong.

JV lost 1-0 which was a great improvement from 4-1 loss last time.

Some of the best soccer we have played all year. When you play the champions you need to show up, and we did.

0-2 loss for varsity after Cathedral was awarded a penalty kick 50 seconds into the game. We held them off for the next 60 minutes till they got a beautiful header goal. We had some chances but couldn’t convert. Their fans said it was some of the best defense they have seen all year.

Last year cathedral went to state for the 14th consecutive year 😳 Their program is no joke and we played them well tonight.

JV fought so hard and lost 3-2.
