It truly meant a lot to share the mat with you. Your energy, openness to learning, and respect for the art are exactly what this class is about.
Judo is a lifelong practice, and seeing adults 40+ come together to train safely, thoughtfully, and with purpose is something special. I appreciate your trust and your presence, and I’m looking forward to building this community together at OC Judo.

Interested in a once-a-month Judo class designed specifically for adults 40+?

A lot of people tell me they’ve always wanted to learn real Judo—but they’re worried about getting injured. I get it. That concern is real, and it keeps so many from experiencing everything Judo has to offer.

But here’s the truth: Judo can be taught in a way that keeps risk low while still passing on the depth, wisdom, and beauty of the art. And that’s exactly what this class is about.

🥋 OC Judo Takes on the Nikkei Games! 🥋

This past weekend, our OC Judo team stepped onto the mats at the Nikkei Games, ready to give their best — and they did not disappoint! 💪

Our champions:

🥉 3rd Place: Yunus

We’re just as proud of Dan, Brandon, Job, and Artzai, who fought with heart and determination against tough competition.

OC Judo Promotion Day – Thank You!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our students, families, and instructors who made Promotion Day such a memorable event. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance truly shined throughout the day.

Watching each of you step onto the mat with confidence and demonstrate your progress was inspiring. Whether it was your first promotion or another step forward in your judo journey, your effort and discipline did not go unnoticed.

To our parents and supporters—thank you for encouraging our athletes every step of the way. And to our instructors—your commitment to teaching and mentoring is the foundation of our dojo's success.
