Shoes: flats or heels but no sneakers or flip-flops

Josie will share her longevity secrets as a professional dancer and to keep her body fit and healthy as well as modern scientifically-backed metabolism routines and easy-to-follow ways to eat and feel healthy with energy and vitality daily!
