life gets loud.

emails. deadlines. algorithms. calls. wearing about 20 different hats depending on the day. the pressure to always be doing more + be productive is just insane sometimes. esp working full time, raising a toddler, trying to take care of myself, have a social calendar and trying to grow a susty biz on the side it can be 😵‍💫🫠🌪️

so my go to when i’m overwhelmed is just getting my butt outside. extra points if it’s to go surf or swim!

because when i paddle out and feel the water lapping around me, suddenly the only thing that matters is the next wave, the color of the sky, and remembering how lucky we are to be here and able to do this.

so to all of you overwhelmed people out there wearing a bazillion hats, the next time you’re feeling out of sorts, just make your way outside (and to the water if you can). 🤍🌊
