On our cross country team, FAMILY means showing up for each other, pushing through tough workouts together, celebrating successes, and supporting one another through every mile.

We run as individuals, but we compete as a family. Every practice, every race, every challenge brings us closer together and makes us stronger.

Great opening week of summer running! Runners continued to build their mileage base for the season and we are already are beginning to see the results!

Hello everyone!

Welcome to the 2026 Summer Running!

We will have our first summer run on Monday June 1st. We will meet at the high school at 6:30am. Summer running will meet everyday, and is strongly encouraged that runners make as many days as they can. This summer, we are wanting to include any middle school runners who want to come! They can come to any day, and we hope to see as many middle schoolers as possible!

We understand that everyone is very busy in the summer, but we are wanting to build on our success from last year and hoping to have as many runners as possible each day. Next week we will be at the high school each day at 6:30am. We will meet at various trails throughout the summer as well.
