Maybe you have the key. Maybe you have bolt cutters or a lockpick.

Regardless, when there's a lock, you can generate solutions.

A lock is potential.

A key without a lock is useless.

This is an actual technique to project ex*****on. The problem is that it only works if your processes are on point.

It takes time to aim. But, if your team is inexperienced, or you're launching something new, it's important to take that time.

Oppositely, if your team knows what's going on. They can be initiating movement, getting the project running in a way that they can easily flex to changing requirements. Time to launch is dramatically reduced, and you can iterate.

It sounds appealing, but when you fire, you need to be close to the target, otherwise, you'll need to start again. And the only way to be on target from the draw is to practice over and over.
