Yesterday was Father’s Day and CBF Motorsports was too busy relaxing to make a post!

We are so very thankful for our Kart Chief Dad and amazing husband Cory. He works so hard to keep the boys on track. He is a mechanic, coach and their biggest supporter.

We love him more than a Facebook post could ever show!! 🏁❤️

Good Morning! It’s a beautiful day for racing! CBF Motorsports is racing today at Badger Kart Club for the first time in 2026. It’s also our first race day with TWO drivers!

Yesterday we came to Badger for open track practice and 10 minutes in Blake was already done for the day after missing a turn and slamming into the barrier. Luckily he was ok but his kart very much was not. Kart Chief Dad was up very late last night (more like very early this morning) getting the #5 kart back to race-ready for today.

Blake and Chase are very excited for race day and mom and dad are already exhausted! 🤣🤣🤣

On a lighter note, CBF Motorsports is racing this weekend! Points race #2 at Briggs & Stratton Motorplex at Road America!

This will be our VERY LAST race day as a single kart team - Blake turns 5 on Sunday and will be ready to tear it up (hopefully not literally) in his #5 kart!

Let us know if you are planning to come out to help cheer on Chase!

CBF Motorsports, like the rest of the racing community, is heartbroken after hearing of the passing of Kyle Busch.

Kyle was far from our favorite driver while he was in the #18 but we always respected and appreciated his talent and his passion. When Kyle made the switch to Richard Childress Racing we saw a shift in him that drew us to him. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Samantha Busch, a few years ago and could not believe how sweet and genuine she was.

Over the years we were fortunate enough to see many Kyle Busch wins in person, including a weekend sweep at Bristol in 2017 and his (then branded) Xfinity win at Road America.

Kyle was hands-down the greatest driver of our generation. The things he was able to accomplish is in his career and everything he has done for the NASCAR community will live on forever.

His absence at the track will be felt for a long time. We will miss him greatly.

What does a family race team do on Mother's Day? Go to the race track, of course!

CBF Motorsports had Mother's Day Brunch in the VIP Tower at Road America to celebrate our moms! We got to take in some of the action of the 24 Hours of Lemons race, take a spin (or 2 - or 3) on the Karting Sim, and even walk out onto the flagstand for some up close action!

CBF Motorsports would like to wish all of the Mom's out there a very Happy Mother's Day! Moms are the foundation that our race teams are built on and the glue that keeps us running!

Practice is complete and Chase has been showing some serious speed today! He turned the fourth fastest lap out of 14 karts. Heats are lined up by random draw so we’ll have to set where he will start but he is loving it out there today!

What a day! Chase was showing some serious speed in the practice sessions today had the third fastest lap in the second round. For the Cadet series they do a random draw for starting positions for the heat races so Chase started 8th. He did a great job getting through traffic and finished the heat in 4th.

Heat two had Chase line up 7th but the kart in 5th moved to the back of the field to start. That moved Chase's line up and he went on track 5th. A couple of karts got tangled up on the pace lap and fell back which moved Chase up start the race on the front row. 🤷‍♀️ He held his own out there to finish heat 2 in 2nd!

Chase started the feature race on the front row (legitimately) in P2. Chase dropped back to 4th pretty quickly with so many fast karts starting up front but he hung right with them. The second place kart had some issues and dropped back before exiting the track early, which moved Chase up to third. The top four to five karts held their positions pretty well through the end of the race so Chase finished his very first Cadet feature race in third! 🥉

Chase is pretty pumped to have had such a great day on track, but he was even more excited to back out there racing with his friends, Aiden Prunty Brothers Racing, Colin Graf Racing, Hunter Ashley Hoffman, and Easton EMH Motorsports! It is going to be a fun season!

🏁IT’S FINALLY HERE!🏁

It’s race day at Briggs & Stratton Motorplex at Road America and CBF Motorsports is ready!

Chase makes his Cadet series debut today and he is pumped!

Blake’s first race will be in June (he has to wait until he turns 5 later this month) so he will be helping in the pit and cheering from the sides with Mom!

Reminder prices have increased this year:
