LisasZumba Lisa's ZUMBA I have loved to dance all my life, that's why when I learned about Zumba, I knew it was my calling! The more I teach Zumba, the more I love it!

I think it's definitely one of the most effective ways to enjoy a workout! A comment I sometimes hear from newcomers, or those considering Zumba for the first time, is that they don't think they are coordinated enough to attend such a class. Currently I'm teaching a Monday night class at the Lombard Roller Rink in Lombard from 6-7p.m. ($6 pp), Tuesday morning - Lombard Park District (Sunset Knoll location-*1st class free-reg required after that) 10-10:45 a.m.. Tuesday night's at Butterfield Park District in Lombard from 6:30-7:30p.m. ($8 pp), Thursday morning 10-10:45a @ Lombard Park District and Saturday morning 10a-11a Butterfield Park District.
