Corey finally had some luck in his favor tonight. Started on the pole and led until lap 13. Finished 3rd in the feature.
Payton also came back tonight after taking a week to look over the engine. She started 2nd in the feature and finished 3rd.

Sorry for not being so active on here as of late. With changing to a whole different frame for Corey, to Payton’s engine being hurt, and then Corey’s drive shaft breaking while leading his heat race this past Friday it has been hectic. We have to be honest here, both drivers are struggling this year. Corey with finally having a car that he can drive to minor stuff breaking. Payton having engine issues this whole season. It has put a damper on the season. If anyone is interested in sponsoring the cars we can figure something out to get your ad on the cars. Payton herself is short about $3000 for a good used crate engine. If anyone is interest please don’t be afraid to reach out. Thank to everyone that has supported us throughout the season so far. Time for the luck to roll our way.

It’s Race Day in Coal Country! Some Father/Daughter racing as Payton is ready to hit the track for the Big Creek Concrete Rookie class after some weeks off. Corey looking to improve and do better this week in the BQ Concrete 358 Modified’s. Hoping the rain stays away

Sorry for no updates this past Friday. I (Payton) was helping my mom with the 50/50 stand this week. Corey started 1st in heat 2 of the Mods and finished 8th which had him starting 18th in the feature. Corey would finish 15th in the 25 lap feature. Car is getting better week after week and we cannot thank our sponsors, family, friends, and crew for believing. There will be an update near the end of the week of who is racing.

Payton was scheduled to start 5th in the Rookie feature but Mother Nature won during the 358 Money in the Mountains race. The Rookie feature is now next Friday. Hoping to have solved fuel pressure issues that occurred during hot laps. See you guys next week.
