Have a little fun with your RealJoy Yoga Family this summer! Try a new class, come at a new time, bring a new friend, share your love for the studio on socials and maybe win a prize!

Summer Yoga Bingo Started on June 15th and goes through August 15th.

Complete one bingo, you automatically get $10 off a workshop or a free guest pass for a returning guest. (Members can always bring first time visitors as guests for free.)

For each bingo, you get one entry into a drawing for prizes.

Grand prize is a $50 Studio Credit

Winners will be announced on August 23rd.

We've got bingo cards at the front desk (printed on pink paper). Put your name on your bingo card first thing so we don't have a bunch of anonymous cards laying around. You can take it home with you, or you can leave it in our tray at the studio.

I'm excited to see if anyone fills out the whole card!

🤫 Leaking a little when you laugh, cough, jump, or exercise?

Many women assume these things are just part of getting older. They're common... but they aren't necessarily normal.

Join us this Sunday for a practical, educational workshop with pelvic floor physical therapist Emily Soto, PT, DPT. You'll learn how the pelvic floor, bladder, bowel, breathing, core, and even your brain work together, along with signs of dysfunction, simple strategies that may help, and when it's time to seek additional support.

No yoga experience required. No awkward fitness expectations. Just real information, practical tools, and answers to questions many women have been told to quietly accept.

Lots of you have been asking for Branded T-Shirts. Here's how I am doing this order. Choose your style, V-Neck or Crew Neck, and your color (any color you want of the ones shown) and your size (the District brand runs small. Order 1 size up.) The RealJoy Logo will look like the rest of the shirts.

I will have a sign up sheet at the front desk. You'll fill out your order and pay CASH upfront $25 per shirt. I'll take orders thru June 7th. I'll place the order on June 8th and let you know when it comes in. Let me know if you have questions.

Also, I still have a few shirts at the studio, mostly smaller sizes.
