Every conversation matters.

Every check-in can make a difference.

Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we are reminded that compassion, understanding, and simply being present can help someone feel less alone.

Su***de prevention begins with creating spaces where people feel safe to be honest about what they’re going through.

A small act of kindness may be the hope someone needs today.

If you’re struggling or need someone to talk to, support is available, call or text 988 any time.
