And if a player doesn’t fully understand the swing, he’ll eventually lose it." "Maybe it’s because the swing only takes one second to perform that it isn’t given the respect it deserves. But I’ve never doubted that within the mechanics lies a huge, largely-untapped opportunity for hitters. It remains an untapped opportunity even at the professional level today. It’s my goal to show people, on a large scale, just how big this opportunity is. I had lost my swing in college because heading down the “mechanical road” with your swing is dangerous territory, and I didn’t know enough yet. The risks are many and they are high, but the reward can be immediate and career changing. In short, mechanical change is a big boy’s game, with big results possible.
