We are now selling the new pocket holds as well as the rest of the standard holds on the Lit Hangboard. You can now customize your board even more!

The new pocket holds come in 20, 25, and 30mm depths. Each one has a mono, two finger, and three finger pocket all 120 degrees apart. Just loosen the bolt, turn, and tighten to get a different pocket size.

When using our prototype Lit Hangboard, I found myself needing a spot to put my brush. All Lit Hangboards (including the first batch that should ship by the end of the week) now include a magnetic brush that attaches to the side of the hangboard. Just one more way we hope to improve your climbing training.

The S03C spindle from for our new CNC router has arrived! It's pictured next to our current spindle that is on our Shapeoko CNC. This is what we've been using up to this point for prototypes.

The second picture is of two 1/4" collets. Collets are used to hold onto the end mill (cutters). The tiny one is what the current spindle uses and the monster next to it is the new one. The bigger collet size means the new spindle can hold bigger tools which can make parts of the job run much faster.

We're now waiting for the machine itself from . It'll have a huge 10'x5' work area to convert full sheets of plywood into hangboards.

The app development is coming along. Graphs can now be long pressed to pull up the values under your finger. You can drag around to scrub all the values.

The data here is all real world data collected from me over the last week. Typically, you wouldn't do max force tests nearly this often but someone has to test it 🙃

It may not look like a whole bunch Lit but I've been working on the realtime graphing code for the hangboard. It's now working with pretty solid performance.

I've also worked on a ton of other aspects of the app including the backend (it now saves test results and other info to a database), accounts, and overall polish.

Now back to work!

With the Lit Hangboard (launching tomorrow!) you can easily practice one arm pull-ups without needing a pulley system. You simply set the assist weight in the app and the board will fade from green to yellow as your assisting arm approaches that threshold. If you pull too much, it changes to red!
