A few lessons this week! Taya got to come back, a few horses got teeth done and Brooke got to ride Annie by herself for the first time today!! Annie did well for her first time with a kid riding her without someone leading her! Proud of my riders and horses!šŸ‘ā¤ļø

No lessons Wednesday 6/24, itā€™s chiropractor day for the lesson horses! We get the horses adjusted so they can stay comfortable, fit and working like they are supposed to. My horses always feel better after our chiro comes out to work on them! After they have been adjusted they arenā€™t supposed to be ridden the same day, and have to be slowly worked the next day or 2 so my lesson kiddos will have to be patient with them as they will not be able to be worked hardšŸ™‚ The horses and I canā€™t wait to see everyone Thursday and Friday this week! Then next week Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday!

Currently have openings for training for the rest of the year! C**t starting whether it be just halter breaking and groundwork or getting one ready to ride and broke out, tune ups & speed event training or tuning! I send videos and pictures, you can come see your horse whenever you would like and your welcome to come watch training and I can teach and show you what Iā€™ve been doing, I have references if needed! Pm me if interested! Pictured is not all of the horses Iā€™ve worked with, there is some not pictured! I love my job and training is a favorite!

After feeling not great about rehoming Oakley, wondering if there was something I could have done to just keep her, I got this picture today! Oakley is doing well and enjoying time with her new friendsšŸ™‚ I was feeling really down about it but getting this picture made my whole day!šŸ„° Iā€™m praying she finds the best home who loves her as much as us but for now sheā€™s equally loved and taken care of until then!

One thing i have loved about owning horses is being able to rehabilitate them when needed and try to make them work for my program! Iā€™ve had several horses come through our place super skinny and turn into a completely different horse! Itā€™s very rewarding to be able to take care of such amazing horses some of mine have stayed some I fattened up tuned up and rehomed and they have went to amazing homes! Iā€™m so thankful for everyone who has trusted me to take on horses! Iā€™m so thankful for what itā€™s taught me!ā¤ļø I used to be one who wanted to keep everything, I had a hard time letting some go but seeing them go to someone who loves them so much and takes wonderful care of them makes my heart so happy, there has been 2 horses who I didnā€™t have to rehabilitate and they were amazing horses they both went to great homes as well because it was best for them! Seeing the work I did to rehabilitate and even get them going for the next person is rewarding!šŸ˜Ž

Said bye to Oakley today unfortunately she just wasnā€™t gonna work out for Austin or my program, due to a few things, We are so thankful we got to rehab her up and love her for the last 3 1/2 months! She went back to the place I got her from (not the KP the rescue) where they will find her an amazing home! Thatā€™s all I want for her! Owning horses is hard because even though you love them and wanna try to make it work sometimes you have to let them goā¤ļø See you later girl I hope you go to the best home who loves you as much as we do!ā¤ļø
