“Team ET IMWI Class of 2026… YOU are an IRONMAN!!!” 👏 Sincere CONGRATS to all of our Experience Triathlon Ironman Wisconsin athletes and to all friends of ET!!!👏 We were SO proud and happy to watch all of you lay your hearts out on the line on the IMWI race course this weekend and to get to see you cross that finish line who you were meant to be 🧡 Thank you to the amazing ET Cheer Crew, to all the athletes’ wonderful families and friends, and to the ET IMWI 70.3 athletes who came out after a battle of their own the day before to support the ET Ironman athletes on their race day. KONA BOUND!!! 👏🌺🌴 HUGE CONGRATS to Nicole Frantz and Joe Conrad for their inspiring and hard-fought race performances at Ironman Wisconsin 2026! They both secured their spots at the 2027 Ironman World Championship in Kona! Their dedication, perseverance, and positivity are displayed on the race course and in life…such a well-deserved honor for both of these amazing athletes! 🧡

ET Swim 101 is the perfect class to bridge the gap between ET private swim lessons and ET Masters. Participants should be able to swim one length of the pool without stopping. If you can’t, please consider a private swim lesson with us!
