Sheriff Engle, a proud Marine veteran and a man of service, reports that residents in our communities are now fearful in their own homes. ๐ˆ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ง ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ, lurking around homes, and even using public bathrooms to bathe!

These are ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต "asylum seekers"โ€”the vast majority are ๐š๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐›๐ž๐ญ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ. Many have no documentation, no identification, and no proof of their claims. This is exactly what happens when we have an administration that ๐ซ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐›๐จ๐ซ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฐ๐›๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ค๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฐ-๐š๐›๐ข๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ณ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ.

To make matters worse, ๐†๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ซ ๐‚๐ฎ๐จ๐ฆ๐จโ€™๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ "๐†๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐‹๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ" ๐ฅ๐š๐ฐ has crippled our ability to collaborate with federal immigration authorities, blocking us from sharing vital information that could keep our community safe. Meanwhile, violent criminals like the Peruvian gang leader linked to 23 murders continue to slip through the cracks due to this administrationโ€™s open borders agenda.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

We need to stand up and demand the federal government prioritize the safety of American citizens. ๐’๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐›๐จ๐ซ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐ž๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฅ๐š๐ฐ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฐ ๐ž๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐ฃ๐จ๐› ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ก๐š๐ง๐๐œ๐ฎ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ฌ.

Our residents deserve better. Call your representatives and make your voice heard. We canโ€™t wait for Washington to get its act together. Itโ€™s time to take back control of our borders and protect the people of St. Lawrence County.
