With racing season starting I want to give a update on the plans for Purdham Motorsports. We plan on taking this year off of big car racing to focus on some family time and to work with Liam Giller Racing on his wing kart. We plan to switch our car over to a Wissota Midwest Modified. We want to put the best peices together for 2025. Thank you to all our great supporters!! We look forward to seeing everyone in 2025 at Cedar Lake Speedway and Princeton Speedway🏁🏁

Today, we honor the brave souls who defended our country on December 7, 1941. We remember all who served aboard the USS Arizona and in Pearl Harbor 82 years ago. We will never forget their sacrifice and service. ⚓

Hello everyone. This is my daughter Madelyn and she was admitted to Children's Hospital Minnesota on October 8th with a very rare and devastating condition called Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. This condition will take a lot of time to fully recover from. So me and my wife Cheyenne are kindly ask for donations to help us cover the expenses for hospital stays and follow up care. After a few weeks of no racing our driver has the itch and we are going to give it one more chance. We will be out at Cedar Lake Speedway this Saturday. Racing starts at 7pm hope to see you there!!

Here's a labor day weekend update.
Friday night we were at Princeton for season championship night. We started 1st in the heat and fell back to 5th with some handling issues. And thanks to Tim Siercks and Tyler English they got the car to handle better. In the feature we started 2nd and came home 7th. And with that finish we officially finished the season 5th in track points 1 point out of 4th. It was a long season but definitely walking out a better racer.

Saturday we headed to North Central speedway in Brainerd for night one of the mighty axe. In the heat we started on the pole and fell to 5th. After some adjustments we went 19th to 14th in the feature. Probably had a better car than that but we wanted to save our equipment and not risk anything.

On Sunday we we were supposed to start 5th in our heat but due to some cars not coming to pack the track we were allowed to start 3rd. Well one of the drivers that had been sent to the back decided to throw a big fit and get mad. And heading into turn one completely drove right over my nose and ruined my heat and I had to pull off with damage. To say the least that driver has lost all my respect. On top of that he walked right by my pit as I'm trying to get the car back for the feature and couldn't even say a thing. In the feature we surprisingly had a very fast hot rod. We started 18th and had made it all the way to 12th and got the toe knocked out and settled for a 15th place finish after a wreck fest.

Unfortunately this will be the end of our 2023 season as we now turn our focus to our son Liam Giller Racing and his specials season.
We racced 20 times with 4 top 5s and 15 top 10s.

Last night our struggles continued. We led the opening lap of the heat but on lap 2 we pushed up turn 2 and dropped the right sides and went for a ride. But the driver made a embarrassing mistake and didn't get out of the gas right away and that caused the car to come back on the track and we clipped Alexander McFarlen.
I feel terrible for that and for endangering my fellow competitors. Alex suffered a bent rear axle tube and I bent the front stub. We will be dropping off the car and hopefully have it back for the season championship and the mighty axe. Thank you to everyone that supports me from my amazing sponsors and my family and the great fans of this sport. The driver will get it figured out and hopefully give you all a great show next weekend.

Yesterday we took the family to Target field and packed meals for Feed My Starving Children. Our friend Homes By Shayne sponsors group's regularly and we have joined a few times. It's a humbling experience and I encourage everyone to try it at least once. Our family was also joined at our table by our friend Jesse Sheppard-Country Financial And his family. We truly have the best supporters and it's a honor to work with them for a great cause.

Last night we were back in action at Princeton Speedway. Well we struggled all night with setup and ended up with an 11th place finish. We are going to start back at square one and try to get back to our top 5 running car. Thank you to all our great partners that are making this year a success!!

Well meet the driver's night was fun. But unfortunately Racing was not good for us. We had a human pin ball in our heat and took us out after 2 laps. Then during the feature we lost the handling and fell to 9th. We have a lot to work on to get this thing ready for next week. Hope to see everyone next friday!!
