What do champions look like??? They look exactly like this! Our eighth grade girls traveled to Winston-Salem and brought back lots of hardware. This group is beginning to be extremely battle tested as they fought and overcame adversity all day. They went 3-1 and finished in 1st place with a come from behind victory in the championship game. Congratulations girls.

Help support our nonprofit girls basketball program while getting a chance to win cash prizes!

The drawing is currently scheduled for July 8, 2026.

If all 100 squares are sold before that date, the drawing may be held sooner. If all squares have not been sold by July 8, the drawing will be postponed until all squares are filled.

🎥 The drawing will be conducted LIVE on Facebook to ensure complete transparency.

🏆 GOLD CHAMPIONS! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our Varsity Girls Travel Team for traveling to Winston-Salem this morning and bringing home the Gold Championship!

This accomplishment is well deserved. These young ladies have been putting in the work, staying dedicated, and continuing to trust the process. Their effort, commitment, and teamwork are paying off, and we couldn’t be more proud of them.

I also want to take a moment to give Coach Faw her flowers. The countless hours, dedication, and sacrifices she has poured into these girls have not gone unnoticed. She has invested so much time in helping these young ladies grow both on and off the court, and it’s exciting to see that hard work being rewarded. We know she is incredibly proud of this group, and rightfully so.

And last but certainly not least, congratulations to Jazzy for hitting the game-winning shot! MVP
Your hard work, determination, and dedication continue to shine. Moments like that don’t happen by accident—they are earned through the hours spent working when nobody is watching.

Great work this weekend, girls! Keep your foot on the gas. The future is bright, and this is just the beginning.

🏆 GOLD CHAMPIONS! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our Varsity Girls Travel Team for traveling to Winston-Salem this morning and bringing home the Gold Championship!

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.

This weekend, these girls emptied the tank. They got knocked down, pushed around, and tested in every way—but they never folded. They kept competing, kept fighting, and showed a level of toughness you can’t teach.

And they earned it—bringing home 2nd place. 2-2

For this being just our second tournament together, in our first year as a team, the growth is already showing. We’ve got work to do, no question—but the foundation is there, and it’s strong.

This 5th-grade group opened some eyes today, including mine. Their effort, their grit, and the way they play for each other makes this group special.

The scary part? We’re just getting started.
