What a GREAT DAY to SKI at Loon Mountain for the 41st Annual Lin-Wood Governor’s Cup! The Spirit of Skiing award went to PSU athletic director and former alpine ski team coach Kim Bownes. Winners of the overall race were Jasmine Whitaker (of Boston College) and Carver Krill (of Lin-Wood Public School and Loon Race Team). Congratulations to all of our skiers. These contributions directly support our local race community.

Today is the Governor’s Cup at Loon Mountain! A special thank you to Mary Rose for singing the “National Anthem” at this morning start. This race continues to support the Lin-Wood ski team with the cost of race equipment. It also captures the true spirit of skiing each and every year! Loon Race Team
