F3 Terracotta F3 Terracotta is a free, peer-led, men's leadership group... with a lot of burpees. F3 Terracotta is made up of men here in Lincoln and surrounding cities.

There’s never a cost or an app to download or an upsell of products you need to participate. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 has grown to more than 30 states and 2,000+ scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group. The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which

we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

IronPax Challenge Week 0 completed by these 16 PAX on Tuesday night at The Kiln.
For the next 5 weeks, those who attend Terracotta's premier evening beatdown site will be participating in some of the toughest workouts around.

Last night, these men completed the Tellier Hero WOD, in honor of US Sergeant Zachary Tellier.

Next week brings a new challenge.

The first day of September was a holiday for most, and that means the return of , an opportunity for PAX to post at two workout sites before 8am.
Poppins lead both, starting with our run site, Iron Rail, in which 4-5 miles were covered. It was then followed by our sandbag site, Sandstorm, in which he lead the men through a modified version of the Pete and Bobby workout amongst other things.
