As most dont know, I had a siezure just here recently. Not quite sure what happened or why. What I do know is; I have no appetite for food, and when I do eat, it taste so fake. With that being said; Im pretty sure that siezure reset Me, not quite sure if good or bad, but down 35lbs, and Ill take it!!

Fortitude Grind isn't just about fitness, and transforming your body, or even eating well. Around here, we focus on the person as a whole.

It's great if your body is a 10, but it doesnt help if your Spiritual, Mental, and Emotional Health is on a rollercoaster. 🤷‍♀️

I've had the talks about weight loss pills, ozempic, even obtaining a dietician, and then I realized...I aint no punk!! Just going to "Grind it Out"! FORTITUDE GRIND as a matter of fact. Down 15lbs!

I'm staying at a consistent weight, and the cut back on my food intake has been stellar. I AM pleasantly surprised by that.

Military Cathestenics....using your own body weight...Genius! I cant say Im mad. I dont know why I didn't do this sooner. Planks are not my friend!!

I had a stress week and my period started and I ate and ate!! However, Im soo excited about the choices Im making. I still eat everything I want, I literally just cut it in half from what I used to it.

The sun is shining and Spring is getting ready to show her beauty. Get up, Get out, Get Some Sun. Take a walk, a hike, a bike ride, workout in the garage...whatever strikes your fancy! It's a Fortitude Grind kind of day!!
