The LHS Freshman boys opened their season Tuesday with a 3–1 victory!

A strong team effort, plenty of great action, and an exciting start for this group of Wildcats. Congratulations, Freshmen! ❤️🖤

The Wildcats earned a 1–0 victory over Grayslake Central, with junior Miles Gong finding the back of the net for LHS!

Another strong team performance keeps Varsity undefeated to begin the season. ❤️🖤

⚽️ **JV2 IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY!** ⚽️

The LHS JV2 boys opened their season with a hard-fought 1–1 draw!

Yash ( #17) scored a fantastic goal in the second half for the Wildcats. Siddharth ( #4) and James ( #12) put in a strong defensive performance, working hard to protect the goal throughout the match. Isaac Largo ( #0) was outstanding in goal, making some amazing saves.

A big thank-you to Coach Schinto for his guidance, dedication, and encouragement of the team.

⚽️ JV EARNS A 2–1 WIN OVER GRAYSLAKE CENTRAL! ⚽️

The LHS JV boys came out strong Tuesday night and battled their way to an exciting 2–1 victory over Grayslake Central.

Junior Adam Abdellatif put the Wildcats on the board with the first goal of the match. Later, junior Hudson Willis delivered a perfectly placed corner kick to sophomore Cameron Kovach, who found the back of the net to put LHS ahead.

A determined, full-team effort and a strong finish from the Wildcats! ❤️🖤

⚽️ VARSITY OPENS THE SEASON WITH A WIN! ⚽️

The Wildcats kicked off their season Monday night with a hard-fought 2–1 victory over Cristo Rey St. Martin—earning an especially meaningful win against a team that defeated LHS last year.

Senior Andrew Snow scored both goals for the Wildcats, converting a penalty kick in the first half before heading home the eventual game-winner in the second.

Goalkeeper Jackson Platt delivered a tremendous save to help protect the lead and secure the season-opening victory!

⚽️ JV BOYS OPEN THE SEASON WITH A WIN! ⚽️

The LHS JV boys kicked off their season yesterday with a 3–1 victory over Cristo Rey St. Martin College Prep!

Junior Felix Kong opened the scoring in the first half, followed by sophomore Cameron Kovach with the Wildcats’ second goal. Junior Adam Abdellatif found the back of the net in the second half to secure the win.

As we wrap up another amazing summer, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who helped make our fundraiser such a great event.

More than 50 players, families, alumni, friends, and supporters came together for an evening of great food, games, raffle prizes, and community. Thanks to your generosity, we raised $5,147, with $3,650.54 benefiting the Libertyville High School Boys Soccer Booster Club after event expenses.
