At Norman Sailing, we value empowering young sailors to make their own decisions on the water, even if that means getting it wrong.

Because every bad start, missed shift, or overstood mark is a lesson. And that lesson sticks deeper when it comes from experience.

We’re not here to push kids into a results-only mindset. We’re here to help them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for sailing.

This is a long game. And it starts with trust, courage, and the space to grow.

⛵️La squadra Optimist al completo ha preso parte al tradizionale appuntamento della settimana di Pasqua, accompagnata dagli allenatori Nicole Galazzini, Ylena Carcasole e Tommaso Boccuni.

Nella flotta Juniores, composta da ben 730 atleti, brillano i risultati di:
• Annalie Meoni, 24ª assoluta e 5ª tra le ragazze!
• Nina Cesari, 39ª assoluta
• Nicolò Lonardi, 58°
• Pietro Lombardi, 80°
Tutti e quattro hanno conquistato l’accesso alla prestigiosa flotta Gold!

Negli altri raggruppamenti:
• Flotta Silver: Nicolò Chemasi chiude con un ottimo 5° posto.
• Flotta Bronze: Ilenia Chincarini 6ª, Vittoria Casella 28ª, Ginevra Gainelli 42ª.
• Flotta Emerald: Ayan Halkabada 15°, Sofia Stefenelli 43ª, Tommaso Casella 95°.
• Flotta Pearl: Splendido 2° posto per Gaia Cobelli!

Nella flotta Cadetti (66 partecipanti):
• Leonardo Vittadini conclude 19°
• Thomas Chemasi 25°
• Ginevra Casella e Greta Inverardi, alla loro primissima regata, si classificano rispettivamente 43ª e 50ª.

🌬 In questa occasione si sono uniti alla nostra squadra anche gli amici Finn e Alex dall’Australia, e Jacopo dalla Lega Navale di Ostia!
