The Kansas City Dragons is splitting its team this year to grow girls rugby. Park Hill and Park Hill South students will now play for the Park Hill Lady Dragons Rugby Club and Staley, North Kansas City, Oak Park and Winnetonka students will now play for the NKC SNOW Rugby Club! If you know anyone interested please share this information with them!

2012 Fall Game Schedule
Sept 8th - vs Benedictine at Hodge Park
Sept 22nd - vs Mizzou in Columbia
Sept 29th - vs Truman at Hodge Park
Oct 13 - vs Liberty for State Championship at Hodge Park

There may be some other games squeezed into this schedule but this is what is final as of now. Thanks

Since we are having a season in the fall we need to think about fundraising now. Please let me know whose available for a fundraiser 8/7, 8/8, or 8/9. Please respond with which dates you can. Since we are playing in the fall, a lot of teams are farther away so we need travel money. let's make this season a successful one!

Here is a link that has some videos of women's rugby at the highest level. There are Full Match Replays from the 2010 Women's World Cup on this site. The reason I feel I became a better rugby player is I watched the only video tape I had of a New Zealand v. South Africa game over and over again.
I watched it anytime I could, as many times as I could and I learned what rugby was supposed to look like. I learned the players that played my position and watched what they did, how they played.
