We’re excited to welcome Coach LoRay Easterwood to the RDC family!

Coach LoRay brings experience in youth basketball coaching and player development, with an approach centered around fundamentals, repetition, consistency, and building confidence. His passion for coaching comes from wanting to give young athletes the guidance, encouragement, and development that can make a lasting difference both on and off the court.

We’re excited to welcome Coach Frank Austin to the RDC Family!

Coach Austin brings 16 years of experience in coaching, training, player evaluation, recruiting, and program development across multiple levels. He’ll play an active role in strengthening both our boys’ and girls’ programs through player and coach development, evaluations, recruiting, and continued program growth.

More importantly, Coach Austin is excited to have found a place he can call home, invest in, and help build for the long haul. We’re excited to have his experience, leadership, and passion become part of RDC Unit!

These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do.

Watching so many of our RDC girls head back to school already had us in our feelings, but seeing one of our girls who has been with RDC since 5th grade, all grown up and putting on her first college jersey just hits different. 🥺

We’ve watched these girls grow up right in front of us. We’ve coached them, pushed them, challenged them, celebrated them and built relationships that go so far beyond basketball.

Then one day, the little girls who walked into our gym become young women chasing their dreams at the next level.

THIS is RDC. This is why we do it. So proud of our girls and everything still ahead of them. Go be great Ally 💛🖤 #7 #22
