High-Protein Tofu Mac & Cheeseโฃ

Growing up, one of my absolute favorite meals would include macaroni and cheese. ๐ง ๐ That was side by side with Momโs homemade rice-a-roni. Ohhhhhhhh soooooooo good!!!!!โฃ

One of my favorite things to do in the kitchen is to remake childhood favs in a healthier way. In my teenage years, Mom had started revamping old recipes to be more health focused & I have continued building on that. It is crazy to think there was a time when I HATED cooking though!! ๐งโ๐ณ Yes, believe me. It was a real thing, you can ask my Mom. โฃ

Now I enjoy cooking & sometimes literally spend my free time looking for new recipes to try! Being intentional about what we put in our bodies doesnโt have to suck! โฃ

Thatโs what I want to share with you, as you are making different choices for your health to feel better โค๏ธโ๐ฉน remember that it is a journey and that you are making an effort. Some people wonโt even do that but will just complain about how they feel all the time. I have much more respect for those who are willing to try over those sitting on the couch complaining, whoโs with me?!โฃ
