Friday while we were competing at the Quarterfinals, these young men competed at North State. Coach Conja Rule (a powerlifting legend) and Tamara Clarke went in my place. We took 8 young men and three will be moving on to represent Holmes County Central at State.

Jamil Wilburn placed 3rd 🥉 in his weight class.

Tristen Haymer placed 3rd 🥉 in his weight class.

Jayden Howard placed 3rd in his weight class.

All three will represent HCCHS in April @ State.

The Lady Jags go into the tournament as the #3 seed. The Lady Jags will play Vicksburg on Tuesday @ 4:00 pm. Early start but come show up and support the Lady Jags.

Yesterday we took five girls to the Regional Powerlifting meet. Three of those girls will be competing @ North State!!

Briana Thompson was 1st place 🥇 in her weight class.

Zariah-"Big Z" was 1st place 🥇 in her weight class.

Korniyah Parks- KP was 2nd in her weight class.

I'm really proud of these young ladies. They understand my expectations in and out of the weight room. The grind continues.

Yesterday Holmes County Central competed in their regional powerlifting meet. Eight 8️⃣ out of 12 lifters will move on to North State.
