I'm excited to officially welcome Melissa to the Lexington High School Track & Field family as our new Throws Coach!
As our program continues to grow, adding great people is just as important as developing great athletes. Coach Melissa brings a passion for coaching, a willingness to invest in our student-athletes, and the energy to help take our throws program to the next level.
I know our throwers are going to benefit from her leadership, knowledge, and commitment to helping them improve every day—both on and off the field.

Anyone interested in running on the LHS Cross Country team this season is invited to meet at the High School in the morning. We will gather at the flag pole in front of the gym at 7:30. If you play another sport and would like to get in a morning run, please feel free to come join us! Be sure to bring water!!
