Cola Swim School- Lexington Providing swim lessons for the Lexington area. Offering learn to swim all the way to stroke technique. Our lessons run Monday through Thursday for 25 minutes.

Our goal at Lexington Swim School is to meet swimmers where they are to build confidence and skills in the water. We want both swimmers and parents to feel comfortable around the water. Meredith Mowles, owner and operator, has been active in the local swim community basically all of her life. She brings over 20 years of experience to the pool through lessons and coaching. It is her goal to continu

e to provide learn to swim lesson all the way through stroke technique for the Lexington community. In these 25 minute lessons, your swimmer will receive one on one instruction and tailored lessons to meet their specific needs in the water. Goals will be based on where each swimmer is at the beginning of the lesson. Swimmers will see progression each day as they practice skills and safety. This year will have two more instructors joining us. They each bring over 5 years of coaching and teaching experience to the pool. We can not wait to welcome Christian Mowles and Abby Merritt. We can't wait to meet your swimmers!
