Day 3 of wrestling camp complete! Girls wrestled 3 tough duals! We also had a little time to play mini golf and hit the driving range. Safe to say we make better wrestlers than golfers! To finish the day, Jasmin won her All Star Dual match! One more day of camp!

Day 3 of wrestling and we will finish off our day with a Minutemaid wrestling in the All-Star Dual! Let’s go Jasmin!

Day #2 in the books, started the day with technique and a workout hosted by the national guard, followed by three tough duals and a takedown tournament! These girls will sleep well tonight! 😴💤

Girls and boys team will need to be at the high school by 6:15am. Bus leaves at 6:30am.

Girls have been instructed to bring a lunch and heathy snacks!

We will NOT be having open mat Tuesday or Thursday this week

Day 1 of camp is in the books. 1st day focused on technique! We also made time for a quick tame of duck duck goose.
Day 2, girls will need to report to the high school at 6:15am. Bus leaves at 6:30 am! Girls have been told to eat breakfast and bring lunch/ money tomorrow!

Those that are attending the UNK wrestling camp we are meeting at the high school at 10:20am. The bus will leave at 10:30 am. Make sure you eat some breakfast, being healthy snacks, a water bottle, extra set of clothes, towel, and some money. We will be grabbing lunch after registering. See you all tomorrow!
