Y’all.

What a nutsy couple of days.

We. Are. Tired.

BUT

Our ac is crisp, our lights are dimmy, our fans are fanning. The floors are SO beautiful.

Our contractors have knocked it out of the park and we will have a later post singing their glory with before and after photos, because the before was….rough. And not up to code. What an adventure!

We learned a lot.

But the bones were there and we are almost ready for YOUR bones to be here with us.

Emails go out Thursday. Website opens up fully Friday. Keep some time free in your weekend for us.

As a general rule, don’t put guac in your purse.

Hi!

We have been discovered by many new friends the last two weeks and we wanted to extend salutations and give a little studio update!

EverWell Yoga Co is *VERY* close to the grand opening of our physical space in Old Town Lewisville. You can sign up for The Inner Circle newsletter on our website everwellyoga.co and also join us there as a member, which will streamline class reservations and membership payments.

You can also read our class descriptions and get to know our teachers.

The formal calendar and pricing plans will be released this week, and founding waitlist members should be looking for an email towards the end of the week.

We are a whole life studio grounded in ancient practices for modern living, emphasizing longevity and accessibility. We offer classes for 6 weeks to 99 years guided by our council of highly experienced teachers.

We also have several lifestyle modules for starter and intermediate students, as well as a variety of workshops, events and trainings.

We appreciate the patience and support that has been given to us so far, and promise the wait is nearly over!

Find your mat (or not, we have one you can borrow) and revisit our socials often this week as we gear up to take a deep breath together.

Mountains, rocks, hills, trees, dirt, ground.
These elements of the earth remind us how important it is to find stability within ourselves. When life gets busy or things seem uncertain or scary, return to your foundation. Put your feet in the grass, find the nearest tree and lean on her with a deep breath, run your hand through some soil, and anchor your nervous system into the strength of something greater. May you be ever well.

Arrive at your destination even if you don’t like the journey!

We get asked about the parking, like, a lot. We have both a Main Street and a Park side lobby, and you can use either one. This is your handy map that you can save to your phone!

We’re on google and apple maps, too. Just plug us in, wear your seatbelt and don’t text and drive.

If you park on Church or at City Hall, you’re a short stroll away from the white door with “200” on it. There are lots of options.

Merch pick up, and ONLY merch pick up is today from 2-4pm. We love you, but don’t roll up if you didn’t order merch, please. We want everything to be in place before we have our glorious, major, stunning open house.

The open house, if you haven’t heard, is paused for a few more days 😉

We know you’re ready. So are we! Almost there. So close! Promise.
