Championships - University of South Sewanee - Fowler center 77 Texas ave. Meet starts at 8:10 session 1 8&under age group warmups 7:20 am session 2 9-12 age group warmups at 11:00 session 3- warmups at 3:10, that means ready to go in pool. Parents you get one ticket per swimmer for the session, we will had those out in gym area that where family seating is. All swimmers will be on deck. It will be crowded please plan accordingly there will be a concession stand, but you’re welcome to bring coolers and snacks. Just remember no glass containers. Let me

Still need to hear from a few swimmers about championships meet at Sewanee July 11. We are working on entering this weekend. I need a yes or no from every swimmer( thanks to those that have responded no need to reply again). Also lots of info on remind. Please go check. Parents meeting July 2 at (6 pm to talk about championship meet

Also reminder if you haven’t volunteered you have home meet 6/30 and champs. I still need workers for both.

Reminder it’s in your parent contract you would work at least meets or pay $100 fee. See me with any questions

Info on meet today - 222 tulip drive Shelbyville Rec. Center Due to the facility closing at 8:00 PM sharp, the meet schedule has been adjusted by 30 minutes from the original plan. The updated timeline is as follows:

Shelbyville warm-ups: 3:30 PM
Lewisburg warm-ups: 4:00 PM
Meet start: 4:30 PM
There will be plenty of space available outside for tents and chair setup by the outdoor pool. We also have some bleacher seating available inside the facility, though indoor seating is somewhat limited.

Admission will be $3 per person. Children ages 13 and under are admitted free.

There will not be printed heat sheets available. Instead, a QR code will be provided for access to heat sheets and live meet results throughout the meet.
Heat sheet is sent out on remind.

A concession stand will also be available during the event.

Urgent message, Shelbyville 6/25 has been told today by rec.Center that meets have to be done and everyone out by 8, warmups at 4:00 start 4:30.

I know this may change some attendance, if you can make meet but not warmups it’s okay. Just let me know so we can change entries if need.

Marlins lots of info coming today.
Meet Tuesday at Fayetteville rec center warmups at 5:00. It’s an outside meet bring chairs. The team will sit together. Please make sure your swimmer stays with team. The swim wrangler can not and will not come find you. $3 heat sheets and small concession stand available.
Also please let me know if you aren’t attending Homemeet 6/30.
Championships are 7/11 at The university if the south sewanee, 77 Texas Avenue, Sewanee Tn you must have competed on two regular season meets to be eligible.
Championship entries are due 7/1. We will work on entries this weekend to have ready since we have a meet the 30th. These are paid entries. *** you must send a yes attending or no not attending for this meet to me. I’ll have a list at meets this week also. If you say you are coming and do not you will be responsible to cover the fees for the meet. We pay around $2000 for this meet. Also we can not make any changes to relays at meet no substitutes so please let us know your plans.
It is run in sessions, I’ll have a more accurate timeline after entries are completed.
8& unders meet start 8:15 our warmups will be announced probably 7:15?
9-12 age group will start warmups 15 mins after 1st session ends probably around 11:30 again will announce will know
13- ups will probably start around 3:30 but will announce a timeline once known.

I’ll also need workers for each session., you will only work your age session. Please let me know if you are willing to help.
Also since I need to know about the 30th meet and championships please b specific when messaging.
