Good morning

We hope everyone has remained safe during the storms of this past week. With those in mind, we have been asked if Fridays GoMart and Children's Home Society of WV breakfast is still a go, and YES indeed we are still on for the Fridays gathering tomorrow morning at St. John XXIII Pastoral Center, 100 Hodges Road, Charleston, WV 25314. The doors will be open at 7:30 am.

At this time it would be best for all attending to know how to come up FledderJohn road thru the Kroger Plaza behind the Cozumels Mexican Restaurant if needed, as there is a tree down at this time on Hodges Road. Although they do believe it will be taken care of sometime on Thursday… below is a picture of how to also travel from US Highway 19 using Fledder John Road.

With everyone’s busy schedules we wanted to make sure to send a reminder that if you plan to join us for our GoMart and Children's Home Society CHAMR Breakfast, which is on the first Friday in April, the deadline to RSVP is next Wednesday afternoon March 27th.

We have to share with the venue, St. John XXIII Pastoral Center, the head count so that they can be sure to plan and prepare enough food for the breakfast portion of the meeting and so the room is laid out with enough tables and seating for everyone attending. Over the last few years our attendance to these events has seen record growth and the venue choice and size has been changed to accommodate that progress. Even with this year’s breakfast being so close to the Easter Holiday, we anticipate seeing many new faces and new companies joining us, along with support from our long standing and loyal members of the past. The last thing we want to have happen is to run out of Coffee, Eggs, or Bacon.., but more importantly, we certainly do not want to fail to have a seat available for anyone who hopes to join us.

2023 stats showed he played in 74 Tournaments.

More importantly 74 tournaments he pulled out the trucks before set-up. Got the boards bags and score towers set up. And then cleaned up and parked all the trucks back in the garage afterwards.

Also immediately following the BYOP Round Robin on 2/10/24 at the Flatrock Volunteer Fire Department the The Cult of Co****le and the Flatrock Volunteer Fire Department will be having a 10 Round Swithcholio Fundraiser to also continue to offer support to Mick Smith, to help raise funds toward the travel and lodging expenses of attending his doctor appointments and treatment while he continues his battle with cancer.

Please come out and help us continue to raise money for this worthy cause.
