During F.I.T 2026, our future firewalk instructors had to build their first fire that would burn evenly and not crumble while burning because creating something beautiful and meaningful takes time, communication, and teamwork.

Firewalking isn't just about stepping onto the coals, it takes effort, commitment, patience, and trust. One step at a time.

Adults are starving for places where they can relax without feeling like they have to “perform.”

No networking mode.
No pretending.
No pressure.

Drum Making at FIT 2026 with Veronica Morgan Young leading this incredible workshop. We declared our intentions and aspirations on the rings of ash, bound our drums with goat hide, and allowed ourselves to release unwanted stress and negativity through healing vibrations of rythmic drumming.

Coming together to share knowledge, help each other on our journeys, and transform ourselves into who we aim to be is a beautiful experience.
