Growth isn’t always pretty… and this season is proving that.
This group is learning what it feels like to be the young team again—just like those early 10U days. The confidence isn’t quite where it’s been before, the errors sting a little more, and the wins aren’t coming as easily as we’re used to.
But there’s a reason for that.
After proving themselves at the local level, this team took a step up in both age group and competition. And that next level? It’s supposed to be tough. It’s supposed to be uncomfortable. That’s where growth happens.
We’ve seen this story before. This team knows how to climb. They’ve gone from the bottom to the top through hard work, grit, and believing in each other—and that same potential is still right here.
There’s talent on this roster. There’s heart. There’s fight. Right now, it’s about shaking off the offseason rust, getting back to full strength, and putting in the work—together.
The biggest piece? Confidence.
Trusting themselves. Trusting each other. Trusting the process.
We will turn the corner. And when we do, it’s going to be special.
