We will have bleachers setup again but feel free to bring camping chairs to sit in. Day of sign-ups are welcome till 945 when we start the rules meeting and we will be starting with the deadlift at 10. There will be breaks between events to get beer, brats, cheesebuttons and to wander through the nearby businesses.

Pictures of some of the implements for the upcoming competition circus dumbbell next a a standard 45lb plate for a size reference. The other will be for the loading race built by Ethan Thom. They are similar in dimensions to crystalyx tubs but are loadable with weights to fine tune for the perfect amount of torture.

The sign up deadline is coming up Aug 23rd it is only to make sure you have a shirt the day of competition. If theres any questions on weights or signing up make sure to reach out. We also will have Valkrie strengh club sponsoring and giving some discounts to anyone who competes.
