Hi I’m Haley and I coach fastpitch softball!
A little backstory:

I started playing when I was 12, played out through highschool and college, learned how to excel quickly and build my strength, skill and ability!
Now I teach young athletes how to do it too‼️

I specialize in catching and hitting!🥎
My athletes learn how to be aggressive, strategic and efficient on the field and in the box!
*So to all of my catchers, hitters and outfielders beginners and up who are ready to improve their game… you know where to find me!

She deserves to know🤍
🌟 Empowering body stories: I criticize myself the most when I never want her to see that.
I nitpick every detail when I want her to see how perfect she is.
I cry and get overly anxious when my supply goes down bc why are you failing her.
I count calories, measure food and avoid happy foods bc the body that created her didn’t snap back like the influencers did when I followed the plan during pregnancy.
I blame myself for not advocating enough when the hospital continued to send me home and now feel like a burden when I message her doctor.
I feel hurt knowing I’m now dealing with medical bs and ppd while still trying to be the best for her.
I feel guilty I mentally couldn’t handle being a sahm and had to put her in daycare even though she loves it.
I’m terrified of all the first I’ll miss bc she’s not with me 24/7.
I battle with wanting to dive into work to avoid my own stress.
I have everything I could ask for, the village, the support, our beautiful daughter yet it still feels lonely while also being overwhelmed by all the support.
I’m fine🤍
This isn’t the lifestyle that I advocate for and I know so many women can understand but this is why I’ve put my business on the back burner bc truly how can I help others and tell them everything will be okay when I can’t take my own advice?
I plan to rebuild my brand soon and be your safe space again but for now I need to get my s**t together🫶🏼

These are things I see every new year from companies wanting to feed off women’s insecurities.
Instead of actually helping you improve your health (bc that would give you a solution meaning they’ll eventually run out of business) they sell you bs promising you the world.
Well babe your ex promised you the world too and only gave you trauma and trust issues🤷🏼‍♀️
There’s millions of ways to reach your goals but all of them include eating well and moving with purpose!
You’re beautiful and deserving of a healthy, fulfilling life. Stop letting them take advantage of you and put in the work on your journey.
Health is long term them, not a quick fix🤍
