Congratulations to Kya Brandt on being recognized by the Ohio Senate for her outstanding success during the 2026 basketball season! 🏀👏

Kya was honored by State Senator Rob McColley for earning Division VII All-Ohio Second Team honors and for demonstrating exceptional dedication, leadership, sportsmanship, and commitment both on and off the court.

Kya is pictured with her dad, Mr. Kevin Brandt, as she was recognized for this incredible achievement

We are incredibly proud of Kya and all she has accomplished representing Leipsic High School. Keep up the great work!

They will advance to the district semi final game on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 @ Elida Fieldhouse vs. the McComb Panthers.
