Do this, not that: getting out of bed edition. šŸ™…ā€ā™€ļøāž”ļøāœ…

Sitting straight up from your back and bearing down to do it puts direct pressure on your core and pelvic floor… every single morning, without you even noticing.

Roll to your side first. Exhale. Push up with your arm instead.

Small change, real difference, especially when you’re doing it daily.

Comment ā€œCORE4ā€ for more everyday swaps like this. šŸ‘‡

Why CORE4 is built the way it is. šŸ‘‡

When I was healing my own body, everything out there was generic…
…more kegels, more crunches, one-size-fits-all advice that skips the actual problem:

coordination.

So I built CORE4 around the 4 things I kept seeing women get stuck on, in the order they actually need to be addressed. Not random exercises thought… a sequence.

If you’ve felt like you were doing ā€œall the right thingsā€ and still not healing, it’s probably the order, not the effort.

Comment ā€œCORE4ā€ and I’ll send you where to start. šŸ‘‡

I did the math recently..
probably somewhere north of 1,000 crunches over a few months, all convinced the next 100 would be the ones that finally closed the gap šŸ˜…

They weren’t. It actually got a little worse.

Turns out loading a core that isn’t coordinating yet just reinforces the dysfunction. It doesn’t fix it.

Anyone else fallen into this trap? Comment CORE4 and I’ll show you what actually works.
