Too many Thanksgiving Day rivalry high school football games to count all across the State. But none West of Springfield. Berkshire County seems to be the only county in MA not playing. Interesting. Any coaches care to chime in ?

What a great season for the Black n’ Orange. Thank you Berkshire County for riding along. Thank you to Jesse Kolodkin and his The Huddle team for all the great coverage of not only Lee Football but all of Berkshire County. Next year can’t come soon enough. Wooooooo🏈🏈

The Lee High School Wildcats on Friday night were the last Berkshire football team still alive in the MIAA State Tournament, and thus had a lot of home county fans

Coach Sal, all the Assistant Coaches, the Players, Jeanne and Lisa and our amazing Gridiron Club, Parents and Fans,

What an incredible season this has been. Reaching the State Semifinals with a 10-0 record is a testament to the heart, dedication, and unity that defined this Wildcat team from the very first practice. To our coaches, thank you for the countless hours you invested in preparing these young men—not just as athletes, but as leaders and teammates. Your guidance, patience, and belief in this group pushed them to achieve something truly special.
To our players, you gave everything you had on that field, week after week. You showed our community what it means to compete with passion, to support one another through adversity, and to represent your school and our Lee community with pride. Every tackle, every touchdown, every Woooooooo, and every moment of perseverance will be remembered. You should hold your heads high knowing you left it all on the field and created memories that will last a lifetime.
Finally, to our parents and fans, none of this would have been possible without you. The early morning drop-offs, the Friday night crowds filling the hill, the Woooooo’s that echoed across that hill—you were the heartbeat behind this team. Your unwavering support carried these players through every challenge and every victory. This season was about more than wins and a loss; it was about a community coming together. Thank you all for making this journey unforgettable. So humbled to be a part of Lee Wildcat Football. It’s all about tradition

With deepest gratitude,

Billy
