What I am happy to offer:

-MEDICAL MASSAGE Therapy:

A variety of techniques used in specific order (layer by layer) to directly, and most efficiency, TREAT the source of PAIN and dysfunction. Typically focused on one area at a time such as neck, lower back, shoulder, headache, or TMJ.

Includes evaluation of soft tissues, range of motion tests, and personalized treatment plan. Your personal treatment plan may include:

Cupping, Trigger point, therepeutic massage, Myofascial release, CTM, PIR stretching, Gua Sha, Kneading, Friction, and segment reflex massage.

- RELAXATION MASSAGE:

Can vary from light to firm pressure. A full body massage intended to soothe and relax the mind, body, and nervous system.

Perfect option if you are stressed, burnt out, anxious, can't sleep, or just need safe human touch.

-LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE:

A full body treatment which manually opens each of the main lymphatic drainage areas, and then flushes each area of the body.

Dry brush is included for you to take home.

Perfect if you are feeling swollen/puffy, inflamed, achey, having trouble sleeping, or just went on a long trip.

Some people hear "relaxation massage" and think candles and spa music.

But here is what is actually happening:

❤️ Heart rate slows

🫁 Breathing deepens

🙏Muscle guarding decreases

💆‍♀️Blood pressure often drops

That is measurable physiological change.

Calming the nervous system is not a luxury. It is vital.

The longer our nervous systems stay in fight or flight mode, the more unnecessary cortisol is released in our bodies.

We know that the more excess cortisol we have, the more likely we are to be inflamed, diseased, and overweight.

We live in an era of information, so of course you know all of this.

I had a cancellation today, so I got to hand deliver a gift card to someone for their wife's birthday present!

Right before that, one of my regular clients let me know they passed my information on to a friend to come in.

This service supports mobility, joint health, and muscle function, and helps your body better integrate the work we do in massage — especially when stiffness or pain patterns tend to return.

Assisted stretching can help:
• improve range of motion
• reduce muscle tension and joint stiffness
• support posture and natural movement

This add-on is especially helpful if you experience chronic tightness, limited mobility (hips, shoulders, low back), or discomfort from sitting or repetitive movement.

Stretching is always customized to your body and your goals for that session.

Something I want every one of my clients to know:

I will never shame or guilt you for the state of your body, or how long it's been since your last massage.

For my own edification, I ask new clients how long it's been since their last massage.

This is not to go "WOW ITS BEEN WAY TOO LONG WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU"... It's to understand where you're at.

If you're taking the time out of your day, and paying a not-insignificant amount of money for your self care, I respect and honor you for being there.

I'm here to walk with you, coach you, and support you.

Yes, regular care is more beneficial than sporadic. There's no question.. (but a topic for another post. )

And also, it's my job to meet you where you're at.
